My goal in providing therapy services is to ensure that you feel empowered to find some inner peace and understanding of the circumstances that bring you into therapy. Making the decision to seek therapy services is challenging to many individuals and my role is to help guide you through the journey and to ensure that you feel supported throughout the process.My clinical background includes working with individuals who have experienced trauma, couples counseling as well as working with individuals throughout various life journeys and challenges.I believe in having an eclectic approach to treatment as there are no one size fits all boxes when it comes to therapy.
