My ideal client is one who wants to make positive changes toward being their authentic self. I assist clients in breaking free of the anxiety, depression, self doubt or grief that has held them hostage for too long. The goal is to help clients grow into a personal acceptance and empowerment that leads them from discouragement to hope.By using my many years as a psychotherapist, with therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Trauma Incident Reduction, EFT, Energy work and others, I help clients break the chains of negative core beliefs and patterns that keep them stuck. I develop a specific, personal treatment plan for each individual.In addition to my psychotherapy background, I am trained in Reiki, Qigong, meditation and visualization techniques, Law of Attraction and am an ordained minister in eclectic spiritual studies. These areas of training assist me in giving my clients a holistic approach to healing mind, body and spirit if they choose to explore them.
