I know that getting started can be overwhelming and I appreciate the opportunity to be able to help you along the way. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I have a Master's Degree in Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family therapy, as well as a degree in Psychology. I have over 15 years of experience, helping clients in a variety of settings including outpatient clinics, schools, and family therapy agencies. My clinical interests include managing stress and changes in your life, women's issues, relationships, grief and loss, overcoming trauma, parenting, navigating times of transition, and managing stress in a healthy way. My therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered. My role is to help you find your way on your path to true happiness and peace, whatever that means for you. I will help you set personal goals for yourself and support you every step of the way. I will be a listening ear, supporting you in whatever daily struggles you experience, or any life changes you are facing.
