I am a qualified integrative counsellor based in East London, and I have worked with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, loss and trauma. I specialise in trauma and loss, and I have a number of years’ experience working with individuals who have experienced historic child sexual abuse, domestic abuse and sexual violence.What I offerI can offer individual long-term or short-term therapy in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.
