Hello, I am Lisa-Marie! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience providing whole person therapy to clients in need. I earned my Bachelors in Social Science from Aquinas College and my Masters in Social Work from the University of Nebraska. I've worked in many different clinical and medical settings ever since. I am a passionate and empathetic therapist who practices with compassion and acceptance of the individual, beginning with where they are at when they enter into therapy. I have experience leading clients through issues including trauma, life transitions, grief, women's issues, sexuality, depression, anxiety and somatic challenges. Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist those willing to make a positive difference in their lives. I pride myself in providing a safe and supportive space to work side by side to overcome traumas. I practice an eclectic approach, bringing a variety of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of the individual, but always assess where one is in the process of addressing change.
