The benefits of this process can result in a fresh, more positive outlook on your particular situation, improving your relationships and choices in life.I am passionate about reducing stigma and improving mental wellbeing. I offer counselling and psychotherapy for a range of issues to adults and young people. I have a special interest in early intervention for young people faced with significant changes life.As a society we often feel like we have to keep on going, hoping things will get better, but there is no shame in asking for help when you feel stuck. The first step is the hardest, but also the bravest.
