I am a bilingual therapist who had the privilege of working with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds for over 4 years including hospitals, rehabs, schools, and more. I specialize in anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma with a holistic perspective of psychodynamic modalities, CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, yoga, and more. I offer virtual therapy for 18 and above.
