I work with those who might be struggling with relationship patterns they want to understand, identity development, histories of trauma, anxiety, depression, and all that comes with the stresses of today's complicated world. My work is rooted in attachment theory and the relational tradition - a tradition that recognizes and honors the deeply embedded nature of our emotional lives in early experiences with significant others, be they parents, peers, institutions and culture- society itself. I have specialized expertise in attachment-based work and in working with GOTTMAN Method. Wherever you begin, I aim to provide a collaborative and safe space that allows for self-exploration, honesty, and self-compassion.
