Counseling is where you should be allowed to express yourself in a non-judgment atmosphere while being supported, gaining new skills, and learning to make positive changes. I enjoy working with individuals who are experiencing challenges and difficult stressors. As a trauma-trained therapist, I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, parental issues, life adjustments, PTSD, abuse, attachments, and relationship problems. Together we will find the best strategy that will help you reach your individual goals. My approach is to meet you where you are while encouraging you to build and grow into your best self. We are all unique; therefore, my therapy is not a one-size fits. I believe in encouraging clients to be their advocates.
