I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California and am licensed in California, Oregon and Nevada. I work with adult individuals who have a history of childhood trauma, neglect, or abuse in an effort to help them start to understand and process their experiences and begin to heal. I also work with mother/daughter family units to explore and process relationship disruptions in an effort to heal any lingering hurts and hopefully repair the relationship. With couples, I work on helping them improve their communication in an effort to increase their effective communication skills and decrease any miscommunications that lead to arguments.
