Hi there, I'm Briana! Hi, there! My name is Briana Bradshaw and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is unique to the client first and foremost and my goal is to always instill hope for progress and a future. The areas of focus are as such: Young adults struggling with purpose, pre-marital and marital, life-transitions, Adult children of divorce, anxiety, and Individuals struggling with auto-immune disorders/ chronic illness. My approach I would say I tend to utilize CBT, solution-focused, client-centered, and family systems. My focus Most of my clients tend to be a range: 1) Young adult females struggling with purpose, confidence, and self-esteem, 2) Pre-marital couples, 3) Marital couples post infidelity, 4) Adults struggling with anxiety or chronic illness, 5) Those struggling with time management and organization, My communication style I like to create a reliable and consistent environment. I am realistic and straightforward while maintaining empathy and connection with my client. Most of my clients have told me that it wasn't hard to connect with me or hard to be vulnerable. I allowed them to be ok in whatever " mess," they came in with. I won't ever show up in a suit with my nose in the air. I have tattoos and humor. My journey to therapy By the age of 10, I knew I would be a therapist. I was always so interested in why people made the decisions they did and how personalities were so unique and different. I didn't know the type of therapist I would want to be until my parents' divorce. I saw how hard and traumatizing it could be for someone and I found an area that I was quite passionate about. Marriage and Family just really became effortless and enjoyable for me. Being able to help create progress and positive change in the relationships that matter most is rewarding to me. My goals for you I love to make this collaborative and help them discover what is lacking in their life and form those things into goals.
