My counseling approach combines traditional therapy techniques with a practical, problem-solving approach that assists you in seeking the inner strength needed to reach your goals. TIR can help individuals with post traumatic stress reduce the physical and psychological impact of trauma in just a few sessions. My other specialties include substance abuse, older adults/caregivers, coping with health/disability concerns, college age and young adults.I work with individuals, couples, and families. Limited insurances are accepted but if "out of your network" I can help you use your out of network benefits. A sliding fee scale is available for self-paying clients with a financial need.
