*Video Trauma Therapy* Difficult & painful life experiences often leave us feeling like something in our life just isn’t right. Sometimes it’s not even clear what’s off, but something seems missing, we feel stuck, overwhelmed, lonely, or disengaged. I work with those who are navigating challenges in their lives & who are searching for a path of healing, connection, & rediscovery. Together we’ll explore & make sense of your struggle, practice ways to deal with stress & negative feelings, build self-compassion, & awaken inner resources for self healing. We will discover what is needed to transform difficulty into growth & vitality. I provide compassionate support, a non-judgmental space for exploration, & valuable information about how our brains, bodies, and relationships work. I use a multifaceted approach including mindfulness & expressive arts to address trauma, work with difficult emotions, and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. EMDR, SE & IFS can also be incorporated. I
