Biography
Life can be challenging and there may be times when you feel too stressed, too overwhelmed, or too defeated to see that you can work things out and be hopeful and happy again. Or life events happen that throw you off course and make you question your coping skills. Or it may feel like relationships, career directions, or school aspirations aren’t as successful or as rewarding as you would like. While it can be difficult to reach out for support, taking that leap to accept help is a step towards hope, healing, connection and strength. As your therapist, my goal is to create a trusting environment that allows you to move forward and manage life's stressors. My approach is a balanced one that combines self-exploration with skill-building; validation with change. I have training in, and experience with, many treatment models, and I work with you to tailor sessions that best meet your needs and goals. There are often many questions and considerations in making the decision to begin therapy and connect with someone who is the right fit for you.
