I received my B.A. in Psychology from Texas Tech University and my M.A. in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. I have 8 years experience working in mental health and substance use counseling.I use person-centered and eclectic methods, integrating different theoretical approaches to address the client’s individual needs in each session. I have experience working in opioid treatment, with justice served populations, and serious mental illness.My role is to walk with clients on their journey toward growth and healing. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate environment for clients to process difficult emotions and experiences while practicing and developing skills to improve well-being.
