Perhaps you feel stuck, find yourself in the middle of a crisis, or you want a space in which to examine and reflect on your own story and what has brought you to the point you're at now. Perhaps you want to see if there is another way of telling your story. My intention is to grow a unique and collaborative relationship with you. We may work on your present situation as well as the whole of your history. Putting it as simply as I can: I provide a confidential space in which you’ll be able to talk openly about what’s troubling you; a space in which to reflect, process, feel, and be yourself (or perhaps learn for the first time how to truly be yourself.) The confidential space that therapy provides can bring healing of old patterns and wounds. I have been where you are now: thinking about reaching out for therapy. It is my own wounds and periods of suffering and the growth that arose from those moments that have drawn me to this work. I have extensive experience of helping individuals, organisations and schools work with reflective practices to avoid burn out.I work one-to-one with adults both in person and online.  I offer in-person appointments in Central London, opposite Euston station (on Tuesday mornings and all day Thursdays). I see clients for both short-term and long-term work.I'm happy to have an intial chat on the phone and answer any questions you may have.
