I am passionate store manager, my biggest goal is to get the best out of people, no matter who and where I am based. That is the reason why I love my job, is people and of course the product itself. Watching staff around you achieve what they want to achieve is one of the greatest feelings any manager could have. I have worked in the retail industry for 10 years and my reason has never changed.
