You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, irritated, confused or low and lacking in motivation. It may feel difficult to connect with friends, family, colleagues or even with yourself. Perhaps this is a familiar feeling; perhaps it has taken you by surprise or, perhaps, you have been heading towards this point for a while. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed, approach to therapy, working at pace that is comfortable for you. I integrate talking therapy with the arts, mindfulness, breath and body work, as well as psycho-education and EMDR. I invite you to:- observe and 'listen in' to your thoughts, beliefs, body and emotions with compassion and gentle curiosity- befriend your nervous system and notice what helps and what hinders your ability to be fully present to your experience, your relationships and your choices- experiment with strategies, tools and practical techniques, within and between sessions, in order to enhance your resources and further develop your resilience- reflect on and review the therapeutic process to ensure it remains helpful for as long as we work together
