I have over 15 years working in pastoral care including 5 years providing counselling experience in depression, anxiety, addiction, abuse & trauma, my practice is holistic and integrative / pluralistic. I have worked with the NHS IAPT services (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) and The You Trust (trauma, domestic violence and rape counselling service), plus primary and secondary age complex SEN and various other areas including Autism, PTSD, fetal loss, grief and bereavement.I work with people of Faith and with people with no faith.I have a separate quiet area for us to work on a confidential basis, working within the BACP code of ethics. I have two chocolate Labrador cross dogs for K9 work / family therapy or walk & talk, if preferred.My first degree was a BA (Hons) in Counselling from the University of Chichester and I studied for a research Masters of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Surrey, awarded a PG-Dip.Currently studying towards an MA in Therapeutic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Waverley Abbey College underwritten at Middlesex University.
