I offer a safe, confidential, empathic and non-judgemental space where together we can discuss, explore and work through your feelings, thoughts and experiences. There are times in everyone's life when things can feel challenging, distressing or overwhelming. Psychotherapy can offer a valuable space in which to explore behavioural and emotional patterns and gain a deeper understanding of one's feelings, thoughts and behaviours. It offers an opportunity to make different choices and can be a space for personal development, exploration and growth. I prioritise building a good, collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients.I can offer some lower fee counselling of £50 per session following the initial consultation. About meI am a qualified psychotherapist with an MA and Advanced Diploma in Integrative psychotherapy and counselling from The Minster Centre in London. I have worked with clients from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds in various therapeutic settings including NHS brief counselling and affordable community counselling. I currently work as an honorary psychotherapist at an NHS unit offering long-term therapy for clients with more complex psychological needs.
