We offer individual, group and family therapy. What are your practice's specialties?We specialize in building resilience and connection in women and their families. We commonly treat anxiety, depression, strained relationships and burnout.Why should I choose your practice?We take a flexible approach to therapy which involves creating a plan that is unique to you and your needs. We will decide together how often to meet, who should attend, the goals of our work together and benchmarks for success along the way. How does payment work at your practice?We will check your out of network psychotherapy benefits and implement a plan to get you any reimbursement for which you are eligible from your insurance company.We collect payment up front via credit card. Payment with FSA or FSA accounts is encouraged.The fee for a 50 minute session is $300.Shorter and longer sessions are prorated accordingly.We understand that therapy is a significant investment of time, energy, emotions and money. We also firmly believe that investing in yourself and your loved ones is priceless.
