My research interests include: social care, reablement, equipment, adaptations, increasing research capacity within social care, student placements, OT recruitment / careers within social care. I have experience in mixed-methods and qualitative research as well as peer reviewing and ethics applications. I main interests are in 1) exploring the use ‘autophotography’ as research methodology in the field of equipment and housing adaptations and 2) exploring how routine / everyday practice can provide us with research evidence. Have completed an NIHR funded Masters in Clinical Research. Currently working in clinical practice.
