Joshua Yager, MD, is a family medicine doctor at AllCare Family Medicine and Urgent Care of Atlanta, located in Atlanta, Georgia. With clinical interests in cardiovascular disease, diabetes, skin disease, and anxiety, Dr. Yager has the broad knowledge to treat a wide range of issues. Dr. Yager attended three colleges in the state of Georgia for his undergraduate education, including Athens Technical College, Gainesville College, and the University of Georgia. After his undergraduate studies, Dr. Yager then earned his medical doctor degree from the Saba University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in family medicine at Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine in Roanoke. Dr. Yager rounds out his education and medical training with an extensive list of current licensure and certifications, including board certification by the American Board of Family Medicine, a Georgia Medical License, DEA license with buprenorphine waiver, Certification in Critical Care, and Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics. Dr. Yager is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.
