I am a qualified BACP registered Therapeutic Person Centred Counsellor and I currently practice in the Coventry and Warwickshire areas. I use a wide range of Counselling skills, Person Centred, Solution Focused and Mindfulness to meet the needs of all my clients. I have experience in supporting people through various life issues. Being experienced in many areas, some of which are attachments, depression, anxiety, work related stress, life stress, family issues, relationship difficulties, panic attacks, low self-esteem, confidence issues and young people. I practiced within the Barnardo Charity Group in Warwick and also work as a Client Referral Agent for the charity MIND within the IAPT Service in Coventry. My back ground is that of Management Consultancy and Training. This enables me to identify & support learning individual learning styles that supports personal development & personal life improvement skills  I aim to support you in reaching a good healthy level of mental health and well-being awareness and to provide you with support to be able to move forward and cope with life's journey.
