My aim is to provide an opportunity for you to talk confidentially about your troubles, feelings and experiences and to have time to reflect on your situation. My approach is predominantly psychodynamic which means that if relevant we may explore how your experiences in the past might be influencing your present. This can help to clarify your present situation and offer a possible springboard for change if this is what you wish. I offer short or long term counselling and psychotherapy depending on your needs and circumstances.
