I have many years of experience in the mental health field, as a psychotherapist and now as a clinical supervisor. I’m an expert in trauma and what I have learned in this beautiful field is that regardless of the trauma, or negative experience you have faced there is a way to transition away from the pain. Sometimes we need help getting to a place where joy is the order of the day and that is where I come in.
