I am an experienced occupational therapist with 20 years of experience working in both adult and paediatric services. I specialise in the assessment and treatment of rare metabolic bone conditions including osteogenesis imperfecta. I am to promote independent function participation and quality of life for the children and families under my care. I have a specialist interest in the therapeutic management of the care of children in achondroplasia, particularly in new born intervention and aiming to minimise the risk of associated complications that can occur. As such intervention is focussed on handling, positioning and equipment provision.
