I have worked as an Occupational Therapist for the last 11years. I have extensive experience of working with adults in community settings both within the NHS and on a private basis. I have worked as an NHS clinical specialist OT within a community stroke team that included supporting and guiding junior Occupational Therapists in addition to having management responsibilities. I have experience working as a locum Occupational Therapist. As a locum OT I have worked for local authorities within moving and handling teams, in private neurological inpatient rehabilitation and at Stanford Hall Military Rehabilitation Centre. Currently I work as a private Occupational Therapist. I assess and provide comphrensive rehabilitation for adults that have a very wide variety of health needs. This includes specialist neurological Rehabilitation, activity of daily living assessments, general equipment assessments, seating and wheelchair assessments and moving and handling assessments.
