I love to work with couples and adult individuals. I specifically enjoy working with people who are at a transitional point in their life-whether that’s adjusting to a new baby, a new career, a divorce, a new relationship, children growing up, or just simply adjusting to a new understanding of themselves and others. Growth can be incredibly painful and it is helpful to have someone to help support you as you walk through it.I love to normalize therapy for clients. I love therapy-both as a clinician and a patient. I think therapy has immense power to help us learn about ourselves and those around us. Life is hard, and being a human is hard. And that’s okay.
