I work with youth, families, and adults who are navigating individual and generational trauma wounds, disrupted attachments, low self-worth, loss, anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and everyday challenges.I am a Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) and an expressive art therapist who is passionate about combining creative and body-focused practices with talk therapy to create lasting and holistic growth.
