I have worked as a Counsellor since 1995 in the NHS, voluntary sector and in private practice. I offer sessions both face to face and via Zoom.I specialise in helping people cope with grief including baby loss, and with trauma and with health conditions such as cancer.I am trained in EMDR therapy.I aim to establish a good, collaborative, working relationship with you by helping you to explore what has brought you to counselling and how your earlier life experiences and relationships may have affected you in the present. We can work together on what you would like to achieve for your future through counselling.I work Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 9.30am -4pm
