My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic techniques, with a core foundation in Person-Centred therapy. My extensive experience spans various sectors, including mental health charities, bereavement charities and employee assistance programs. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, spanning a wide range of ages, ethnicities, and cultures. This experience has enriched my ability to connect with individuals on a deeply personal level. I hold a FnD in Counselling as well as a BA (Econ) in Sociology. I believe in continuously expanding my knowledge to best serve my clients. Currently, I offer online or telephone counselling, providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can explore and work through your challenges together.
