Perhaps you've had enough of feeling anxious, or you're feeling low and 'stuck'.As your counsellor I will support you to explore your feelings and experiences without judgement or criticism but with warmth, kindness and understanding. When we have the opportunity to share how we feel in a safe, confidential environment it can help us gain a better understanding of ourselves and our relationships, it can help us to develop a toolkit of coping strategies to deal with times when things get tough as well as helping us develop our true potential to lead a more fulfilling life.I have a particular interest in working with people who struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionist tendencies as well as clients who have had suffered trauma and abuse in childhood and parents and carers of people struggling with eating disorders.
