I am a Jungian analyst and psychotherapist working from my consulting room in Hankham near Pevensey, Eastbourne, currently by telephone or videolink. I have been working in the field of mental health for nearly fifty years and as a fully qualified analyst and psychotherapist for over thirty years after training with the Society of Analytical Psychology in London, the parent body of Jungian analysis in the United Kingdom. Until my retirement from the NHS I worked as Consultant Psychotherapist in the Department of Psychiatry at the Princess Royal Hospital, Haywards Heath, seeing patients with emotional, relationship and mental health issues. I also provided training in psychotherapy for trainee GPs and psychiatrists. I now have a private practice helping those of all ages. My experience has been that psychoanalytic psychotherapy can lead to longer term resolution of underlying difficulties that allows people to make positive changes and to understand themselves better.
