I offer a personally tailored service to my clients, according to their individual needs. My sessions last one and a quarter hours (75 minutes) as I have found that whilst using Energy Psychology Techniques, the benefit of the extra time is invaluable. It affords a longer focus, allowing for effective change. My work is based on the understanding that it is our subconscious limiting beliefs and unresolved patterns that keep us unwell, stuck, limited, or unhappy. Through a combination of Counselling and Energy Psychology Techniques (EFT/Tapping & The Emotion Code) I will help to remove any negative beliefs you may have about yourself or the world, which stand in the way of you manifesting your true potential, transforming them into positive, empowering beliefs. This will help you to have a more positive attitude towards life and thereby open yourself to experiencing more happiness, emotional freedom and calmness in your life. To maintain my accredited status with the BACP I undertake continuing professional development training every year. I have also trained in EMDR, Matrix-Reimprinting, PSYCH-K® and Sandplay Therapy.
