As the Practice and Occupational Therapy Lead at Ambient Support, I oversee the delivery of high-quality and person-centred services for older adults, and people with mental health and/or learning disabilities across multiple care settings. I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of occupational therapy, with a focus on leadership, service development and innovation. I have led and contributed to several projects and initiatives that enhanced the clinical outcomes, business development, service standards, and staff development of the organisation. I have been instrumental in the design and implementation of a digital care system, I also routinely write tenders, policies and business plans as well as design and deliver training. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and well-being of the people we support and enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations. I am also committed to advancing the profession and the practice of occupational therapy through evidence-based practice, research, and education.
