Jaclyn Lieber is a Marriage and Family Therapist located in Los Angeles, CA. Jaclyn is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families to navigate change. Her clients seek therapy when they face changes in their external lives at work and in relationships, as well as changes in their internal lives as they instigate self-growth. She also works with clients who face challenges with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. Jaclyn’s approach to therapy begins with empowering clients to practice self-acceptance. By celebrating and growing resilience and inner strength, clients boost their self-awareness and confidence as they work towards their mental health goals. She also draws from Gestalt Therapy, family systems therapy, and attachment-based practices so clients gain an understanding of their relational patterns and how those patterns impact their everyday emotional states. She strives to create a trauma-informed, safe therapeutic environment where clients feel comfortable processing through their difficult emotions. Jaclyn earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and previously worked as a writer and journalist. She dedicates herself both personally and professionally to social justice topics and enjoys hearing each client’s story.
