Working with Hope, Growth and Grace in mind, we will create therapy goals together and work to achieve those goals.  I am kind and gentle, but can also be direct and help you change when needed. I look forward to working together. I am well versed in the following areas: DBT, CBT, trauma, anxiety, depression, individual counseling, marriage and family therapy. I also provide Equine psychotherapy. I will see children, adolescents, and adults.
