I am an integrative therapist who works with young people, age 16 plus and adults. I am passionate about supporting mental health and work hard to help clients overcome difficulties and day-to-day challenges. I will help you understand where your difficulties come from and, when appropriate, I will gently challenge you and provide a different perspective. Together, we will work through layers of emotions and behaviours, to help you face the challenges and regain the control of your feelings and actions.I aim to develop strong therapeutic relationship with clients from all walks of life, based on trust and respect. I genuinely believe that every person is unique and has capacity to change, and can overcome their struggles with therapy. I help individuals work through difficulties at their own pace, whilst supporting their emotional wellbeing.
