I’m Iolanda.If you have you been feeling lost, uncertain or overwhelmed, I am here to help.I am an integrative, psychotherapeutic counsellor and I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem and issues in their relationships.You may be looking for support with setting boundaries, forming and maintaining meaningful relationships or with improving the way you think and feel about yourself. My approach is warm and informal and I am very passionate about my work. I help my clients find their identity, their boundaries and their voice.Counselling doesn’t change the world around you but it can change the way you experience what happens to you and within yourself. I will work with you to help you understand yourself, your needs and the way you present in relationships.
