It truly brings me so much joy to walk alongside clients and their families as they work towards healing, freedom, and personal growth. My goal is to build a caring, nonjudgmental environment to ensure that everyone who enters my office feels accepted and safe.I work with adult clients (18+) from a client-centered lens. Utilizing a client-centered approach to therapy, I practice with empathy and compassion. I work with different mental health issues including, but not limited to: trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and women's issues.
