Experienced background in health care with degree in Physical Education and NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care. Since leaving University in 2017 I have worked predominantly in Brain Injury rehabilitation units with past experience in Autism services and SEN schools. Currently working as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at a Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, where I develop and implement a weekly activity programme for service users, complete annual review reports and support the Occupational therapist with risk assessments and rehabilitation interventions. I have recently received a nationwide certificate of excellence for my work in finding new activities for service users in the Covid-19 pandemic.
