My name is Henrik and I am a humanistic therapist, here to support you during challenging stages in your life, but also to help you find change and discover new paths and possibilities.The key to successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, and perhaps it is because of my Scandinavian background that my clients often describe me as ‘hyggelig’, warm and gentle, with an inquisitive mind. It is important for me to create a space of complete confidentiality, where you feel safe to share anything that is going on for you without feeling judged. By choosing therapy, you will no longer be alone with your feelings or your thoughts. I will be here to take the journey with you.I offer face-to-face sessions, but also work online, and thus available to clients throughout the UK and internationally. I also offer home visits for senior citizens. My base is in Haywards Heath.I offer concessionary rates to NHS staff and students.
