Hello, I’m delighted to introduce myself, I’m Helen an ACC and a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a safe space to work through some of life’s difficulties, big, small, numerous or perhaps just a little stuck.  I offer a non-judgmental space to feel heard, with warmth and sensitivity I can help you to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences. I am an Integrative trained counsellor, trained in using different approaches which enables me to treat each client as an individual to meet their needs.I am experienced working with young people (12 years and up) and adults.
