I also offer counselling sessions via Zoom, WhatsApp and telephone.Specialist areas include anger management, ADHD, anxiety, ASD challenges, bereavement and loss, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, loneliness, low self-esteem, menopause, relationship problems including divorce and separation, stress, suicidal thoughts and work-related concerns including conflict, redundancy and career changes.Experience: I have many years of counselling experience, gained through private practice and voluntary counselling at Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice in Surrey and Bridge Counselling Services in Essex. In addition to my private practice, I have provided counselling sessions for NHS patients through the IAPT Service (via The Eaves in partnership with NHS Surrey and Borders Trust). And have also worked as an external Specialist Mentor delivering support to university students with a broad spectrum of mental health issues. I am an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice. Approach: As an integrative therapist, I draw upon a range of therapies, including person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and tailor them to meet your individual needs. I can provide short-term, long-term and time-limited therapy and I work with individuals aged 18 to 80+.
