My name is Helen-Marie and I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC). CBT is a problem-focused therapy that shows how your thinking can affect your feelings and behaviours. You will learn new skills and positive coping strategies which can help you achieve your goals and make long-term changes in your life. It is important that we work together at your pace to achieve your goals.I provide face to face, online & telephone therapy.I offer CBT to adults and young people aged 12 and over.I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation which will aim to help you decide whether CBT is for you. Finding the right therapist is an important personal choice and should be considered carefully. I offer a non-judgmental, safe and confidential space where you can begin to make positive changes in your life and work towards your goals.
