I partner with clients and families to work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family discord, co-parenting, emotion regulation skills, parenting skills, and relationship stress. Wherever you are in your healing journey, is where we begin. Therapy should follow a road map paved with the goals of the client. We should always be moving forward.
