I provide a therapeutic relationship to ensure you feel seen, accepted and valued, where you come to know and prize your ‘self’, and develop personal and emotional growth. I work with a primarily person-centred counselling approach within an integrative holistic model, which uses insights and techniques from theories such as CBT, developmental theories, neuroscience and creative activities. This also supports attending to clients’ physical, neurobiological and spiritual experiences and resources as well as their emotional being. I have a special interest in trauma, and this informs my practice, sometimes offering the safety of a focused model to support clients who continue to experience the legacy of trauma in their lives.
