I have worked in a variety of establishments where awareness of child/adult protection is paramount and the ability to remain calm and professional and friendly in a variety of situations. I am a very organised person and has the ability to manage and prioritise my work to enable me to meet essential deadlines but with good attention to detail. I am familiar with the different ways Key professionals work and the high level of demand on them to deliver. I have worked with key professionals in a variety of different ways and situations and feel confident working as a team or equally working to my own initiative to achieve a team goal. I have always had a keen passion for working with children/ young people and adults with Special needs and disabilities and have a lot of personal experience through family as well as my working career. I have a real passion to make a difference to people's lives and would like a role that empowers people to become as independent as possible
