Taking the time to listen and understand where you are now, and to work towards where you want to be.I have worked predominantly with clients with a Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) diagnosis helping them to identify where their behaviours and thought patterns developed and work on ways of coping with the overwhelming feelings that come hand in hand with the symptoms of BPD, and to get to a place that feels like they have regained control. I have also worked extensively with people coming out of Domestic Abuse or prolonged exposure to a relationship with narcissistic & coercive people. We work together, in a non directive way, to identify patterns of behaviour and to develop new pathways to enable themselves to break free from people pleasing and to find their voice.We will work together to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a confidential setting. I also work with those struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, sexual abuse & childhood trauma. We can work together, at your pace to help you navigate towards healing and growth.Using therapeutic techniques, we can work together to help you to find the skills that will enable us to tackle the difficult and more painful areas that are difficult to address.
